Our State-of-the-Art Technology

At Imagine Smiles, we believe that technology benefits the patient experience. Leading-edge technology gives us the ability to provide more accurate diagnosis and effective treatment for optimal oral health and overall wellbeing. In addition to digital X-rays and intraoral cameras, Dr. Green utilizes soft-tissue lasers, microscopes, and CEREC technology to provide advanced dental care for our patients. We're also dedicated to education. By staying current on the latest technologies and dental methods, we can always provide our patients with the latest, most advanced treatment options available.

LASERS – Laser dentistry allows Dr. Green to address common dental problems with minimally invasive procedures. Imagine Smiles offers laser periodontal therapy, commonly known as gum disease therapy, to treat periodontal disease without scalpels or sutures for a more comfortable patient experience.

MICROSCOPES – Dr. Green also practices microscopic dentistry, which means he uses dental microscopes during procedures to see in unprecedented detail. Therapies, such a root canals, are often delicate and meticulous. Dental microscopes give Dr. Green precise views of the tooth allowing for more exact treatment and better outcomes.

CEREC – As a CEREC instructor, Dr. Green has advanced experience in achieving clinical success with CEREC One-Visit restorations. CEREC lends convenience, beauty, strength, and longevity to our patient’s smiles by combining cutting-edge 3D technology with advanced dental porcelain. If you need a crown, inlay, or onlay, Dr. Green can provide you a custom-designed restoration that is milled and placed in just a single appointment. In addition to advanced experience as a trainer, Dr. Green is also a member of the CEREC testing group for TRAC Research, where materials utilized for CEREC are routinely evaluated and tested for quality and durability. This ensures that Dr. Green will know which material will work best for your new dental restoration.

CBCT – Cone Beam Computed Technology is the most advanced radiographic diagnostic tool available to dentists today. Traditional dental X-rays, both film and digital, can only tell part of the story because are limited to a two dimensional view. CBCT allows us to provide a more thorough diagnosis of dental problems because it can create a high definition 3D image of any tooth in the mouth. We can see things that other dentists can't and this makes our ability to diagnose a dental problem superior to most other dental offices.
